Property Release:
By arranging access to the property, the owner or agent acting on behalf of the owner of the property accepts that they hereby assign permission to Glidethrough to use the images depicting the Property in any Media, for the purpose of advertising, promotion and marketing of the property or the services provided by Glidethrough.

License:
A single non transferable license to use images for the marketing of the property photographed is allocated to a specified Estate Agent when payment has been received. Glidethrough licenses the use of these video tours and images for the promotion and sale of the property.

Glidethrough reserves the right to re-use any individual scenes or images, in isolation, in the making of other videos promoting Glidethrough services.

Photographs and Presentation:
Glidethrough is not responsible for the presentation of the property for video and photography. Home owners and Estate Agents should read the “Preparing for the shoot” page before filming/photography takes place.
The selection of images provided by Glidethrough will be deemed acceptable unless a list of images provided by the home owner or estate agent and/or requests made by the agent or home owner on the day of the shoot are not met. Particulars in videos and on this website are believed to be correct. However, any interested party will satisfy themselves as to their accuracy and as to any other matter regarding the property or its location or proximity to other features or facilities which is of specific importance to them. Distances and areas are only approximate unless otherwise stated.

Artistic control:
Glidethrough retains full artistic control over the production and editing of images and video produced. The style of photography and video will be in keeping with the content seen on the Glidethrough website.

Payment:
At this time, we only accept payment by cheque, cash or bank transfer payable prior to or at the time of the shoot.
