We review and start the editing process selecting the most appealing scenes to create the marketing video of your property selling its best features and benefits. Video optimization, editing, production time, scripting and narration, compression, etc. take several additional hours off site. If you have chosen to include narration we will work with you to create the script for our professional audio artist.

The photographic packages available range from 8 to 20 or more images, including elevated external images when appropiate.

Photographs are delivered within 24 hours. The video will be on line within 48 hours but often within 24hours. Videos with Narration normally take 72 hours.

We will load the video directly onto YouTube on our own channel or the Estate Agents YouTube channel (If the Estate Agent doesn’t have a YouTube channel, we can assist them with this at no extra charge). The Estate Agent can also embed the video directly on their website. The video can then be accessed from rightmove.co.uk, zoopla.co.uk etc. etc.

YouTube is the leader in online video, and the premier destination to watch and share original videos worldwide. Videos can be watched on pc’s laptops, mobile phones, Ipads etc. and they stream quickly and efficiently.

If required the photographs and Video can also be made private and only available to be viewed by clients that have been pre-screened by the Estate Agent.
Properties are photographed and filmed as they are presented; however I can when requested ensure that any personal photographs, diplomas, areas with sensitive information etc. are made illegible. Any areas that the owner does not wish to be featured at all will not appear in either the photographs or Video.

We offer electronic delivery via Dropbox file delivery service as soon as photos are processed. Our photos are delivered in both smaller sizes optimized for web use and full-size images for use in magazine and brochures.If you ordered a Glidethrough video from us, you will receive a link to your HD video live on YouTube and a download link if you wish to keep your own copy of the Glidethrough tour.

Absolutely. We can send you the original file which you may use as you wish – burn it to a DVD, upload it to additional sites, etc. We can also provide an embed code so you can embed the video directly on websites.

The final edited video plays for between 2 and 4 minutes. Always under 10 minutes.

Your tour will expire when you call us to have it taken down.

Yes, If you have chosen to have narration included in your video you may provide us the written script for the video or make any modifications to the script that we can supply to you prior to our professional audio artists recording the audio track. The script should be no longer than 500 words.

All our images are shot in RAW using a professional grade Canon lenses & a Canon 5d III full frame 22 MP digital SLR body. Elevated view images are captured using our High cam system.
Interior lighting is supplemented by the use multiple flash units. This helps to ensure a nice, evenly well-lit interior with no “blown out” windows. Exposure blending is also sometimes employed to combine additional exposures into one when the scene will benefit from this technique.

Taking digital pictures and posting them on line is easy BUT taking high quality images, properly processing and optimising them requires professional equipment, software and technique. We deliver images specifically formatted to look as good as possible for posting on the internet property search portals, Right move, Zoopla etc. Our methods eliminate the possibility of distortion during the uploading process.

We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque or cash payable prior to or at the time of the shoot.
